Our story & burpi

My name is Jamie and I am a customer service veteran who has worked in a variety of different industries in a variety of different roles before creating burpi and becoming 'Chief Soda Slinger'. Myself and my wife love spending time with our cheeky son, our cavoodle Bailey (Our fearless mascot!) and of course family and mates. Like many of you we also like combining that with eating good food, having a great time and drinking drinks...soda water included!

Like most of you, during 2020, our local supermarket regularly ran out EVERYTHING including soda cylinders for our soda water maker and we had to go ‘cold turkey’ on something we love. Soda water!

Along with this issue…we also came to the realisation that it was annoying that we had to take our empty soda cylinders from home to the shops to do an exchange for a full soda cylinder when we ran out of bubbles. We thought there is already too much to carry and we regularly forgot to bring the ‘empty’ to do a proper exchange! Annoying right?

We saw this frustration as an opportunity to create a premium, customer centric soda cylinder delivery and exchange service that the home-based-soda-water-maker-lover's can rely on.

So, here we are. No more troubles getting your bubbles!
