- You're ready to start with burpi and you have cylinders from other brands you wish to exchange. You are selecting 'Any brand for burpi'

- Need some 'back up burpi's" so you never run out? You are selecting 'More burpi's'

- You are on the burpi train and need burpi refills? You are selecting 'burpi for burpi'

REMEMBER... “NO empties – NO exchange” so, grab your empty cylinders and put them on the porch the moment you make your order so you dont forget!

You can order 7 days in advance MAX and you can order as late as the day/night before...the days we deliver are set - see below!

Eastern suburbs + Adelaide Hills - Monday's

Southern suburbs - Tuesday's

Western suburbs - Wednesday's

Northern suburbs + City - Thursday's.

We advise all of our customers to have more than one burpi gas cylinder so you never run out! So, make sure you add "back-up burpi's" to your order! Click here for pricing

We will accept/exchange ALMOST all of the soda gas cylinders being retailed today across Australia E.g. Soda Stream® Soda King® gas cylinders

However, we are not accepting/exchanging Soda Stream® DUO Quick Connect cylinders or Zip Water®/ Billi® sparkling water cylinders

No set times but we will give you set dates! If there are any unforseen issues which mean we cannot get the order to you on the day promised, we will be in touch...HOPEFULLY this is a rarity!

We are offering 7 days in advance at the moment. If you have any special circumstances, contact us to discuss.

7 day example: If it's Monday morning (Eastern Suburbs delivery day) and you live in Burnside for example.. then, we'll be making the order the following Monday! Your order needs to be placed the day/night before the scheduled delivery days at the latest

As a minimum exchange purchase order our policy is "one branded cylinder for one burpi cylinder"...however, we are happy to take extra empties off your hands if you leave them on your porch for pick up!

To add to this...we always advise that our customers always have two burpi cylinders at a minimum so you never run out of soda gas! So...purchase more 'Back up Burpi's' if you need Click here for pricing

No, our focus is purely on our delivery service at this stage!

Yes, we are happy with you using our cylinders for these applications. However, you maybe held liable for any damage caused to our cylinders or cylinder valves in the process. So, play it safe with this and look after our cylinders please

In short, no, we own all of our soda gas cylinder at all times. Just like the other soda gas brands do!

When you make an order for soda gas cylinders with burpi you are entering into an exchange program with us. The only catch to the exchange program is that if sufficient time passes between orders we maybe in touch with you to arrange collection of our cylinders, or alternatively, please contact us and we'll pick them up. Please take good care of our cylinders - they are our everything!

Oh...this IS a sad one! We'd be heart broken! But...if you've made up your mind then PLEASE PLEASE give us our burpi cylinders back - we own them outright and they are GOLD to us! All you have to do is hit the 'Get in Touch' button on the bottom of our main page, shoot us an email and we'll pick them up ASAP from wherever! If its interstate or OS, a bit trickier, but we want to rescue our cylinders!

That soda sipping skateboard riding dog is our cavoodle Bailey...you will see him out on our delivery runs from time to time. He loves sticking his head out the window in all weather conditions and speed zones. Also very fond of a pat!
